- Manage inbound and outbound calls from warm leads with confidence and professionalism
- Identify opportunities to upsell financial products and investment solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
- Work towards both individual and team sales targets
- Complete a fully paid two-week training programme designed to set you up for success About You We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in inbound and/or outbound sales (call centre experience preferred)
- Is a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Is target-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a busy environment
- Is comfortable working in a high-volume call setting
- Has basic knowledge of financial products (beneficial but not essential) What We Offer
