We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our warm and supportive aged care team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and respect. This is hands‑on, meaningful nursing where relationships matter, and your impact is felt every day. Availability for night duty and weekends is preferred, and in return, you’ll gain valuable experience, strong team support, and the opportunity to truly make a difference. As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
- Undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and monitor treatment outcomes
- Lead and support care staff to ensure best practice care delivery
- Liaise with residents, families, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Respond to changes in residents’ health and escalate where required About You You’ll thrive with us if you have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (desirable)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, resident‑centred approach to care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of aged care standards and compliance requirements
- Current National Police Check/NDIS (or willingness to obtain) Perks & Benefits
