Workforce and Rostering Manager
Mayflower is seeking an experienced Workforce and Rostering Manager to support us in
ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in rostering and workforce management.
About the role:
Lead and support the rostering team to ensure effective allocation of the workforce
Coordinate rostering activities across Mayflower
Engage and support the rostering team to ensure rosters reflect the operational needs
of the respective Mayflower sites- Develop policies and procedures for the processes in relation to establishment,
maintenance and variations to rosters- Update, create and implement new workflows and processes to ensure synergy
between the Rostering Team and operational areas- Identify current opportunities for stakeholders to maximise value using the Humanforce
platform- Identify and analyse relevant data and trends impacting resources.
Recommend and implement tactical solutions to improve performance.
