Home and Child are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive growth across the commercial cleaning sector with their new environmentally friendly and safe Biodetsolchemical products.

This role focuses on partnering with independent cleaning contractors in the Melbourne territory, understanding their product needs, and offering optimized chemical solutions. This position begins as part time with the potential to transition into a full time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Selling: Partner with independent cleaning contractors to recommend the optimal cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.

Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue recent business opportunities across the assigned Melbourne territory.

Account Management: Maintain solid relationships with existing accounts to secure regular reorder cycles.

Qualifications & Requirements

Industry Experience: Background in commercial cleaning, chemical sales, or cleaning operations management.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of chemical formulations used by commercial cleaning contractors (e.g., degreasers).

Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid Driver’s License: Ability to travel locally to client sites across Melbourne.

Pay: $35.00
- $43.00 per hour
