About the role: As a Sleep Coach, you’ll support customers in‑store by delivering professional, thoughtful service while contributing to store sales and presentation standards. You’ll be part of a close‑knit team where everyone supports one another and customer care comes first. This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy and making a positive impact.

You will:
- Assist customers with sleep health products and solutions
- Achieve sales targets in a supportive team environment
- Maintain store standards and stock levels
- Complete product training and follow service processes
- Assist with POS, admin tasks and equipment care
