Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Senior Job Type: Permanent Location: Brighton My client is currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their ever-expanding department in Brighton, East Sussex With a PQE of 1+ years, you will have extensive knowledge of litigation procedures and technical knowledge within a similar role and will be confident in securing the best outcome for our clients. You will quickly become an integral part of the busy and cohesive clinical negligence department and will be supported and supervised by senior management whenever necessary. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hardworking, committed, and self-motivated individual who wants to be part of a progressive and forward-thinking firm. Desired Skills:
- 1+ years experience minimum
- Able to run a mixed caseload of clinical negligence matters of between 50 – 70 cases and able to hit the ground running
- Opportunities to assist on higher value multi-million pound claims and gain experience of brain and spinal injuries.
- Ability to work independently
