The Role:

Best & Less has an prospect for an enthusiastic Part Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Northlakes store.

As an integral member of the Northlakes ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

Your day will consist of:

Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers

Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store

Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an setting of fun & teamwork

Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store

Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished

Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor

Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

About you:

Pay: Up to $25.80 per hour
