Operations Assistant - Warehouse & Delivery (North Lakes)

Summary We are looking for a reliable, physically fit and hands-on Operations Assistant to support our warehouse, deliveries, stock movement, showroom setup, customer pickups, practical operational tasks and day-to-day logistics. This is a key role for someone dependable, organised and hardworking
- someone who takes pride in doing things properly and can be trusted to help keep the business moving. About the role You will be involved in:
- Furniture deliveries and customer pickups
- Warehouse and stock organisation
- Loading, unloading and protected furniture handling
- Receiving and preparing stock
- Showroom setup and furniture movement
- General logistics and operational support
- Maintaining clean, organised work areas, vehicles and equipment
- Occasional off-site tasks and promotional setup as required About you We are looking for someone who is:
- Physically fit and confident handling furniture
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Careful with stock, customer homes and company equipment
- Well-presented and respectful with customers
- Practical, hands-on and solution-focused
- Able to work independently
- Organised, tidy and calm under pressure
- Looking for a stable, long-term role Furniture delivery, removals, warehousing, logistics, trades or labouring experience would be highly regarded. Requirements
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays as required
