Best & Less has an opportunity for **Part-time Permanent Team Members**to join the passionate and supportive team based at our North Lakes shopping centre store. This is a **15 hour/week** role minimum, with flexibility required to work across 7 days of the week. This role would suit someone who has previously worked in a supervisory type role, or someone who is keen to grow into a role supporting the store in a Higher Duties capacity
- on a needs basis.

As an integral member of the Manor Lakes 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

**As a Team member your role will include**
- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.

**As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in retail in a high volume store (preferred)

Pay: Up to $26.76 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
