Challenger is seeking a number of enthusiastic and results driven part time facility cleaners to join our team. Working in a largely autonomous role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of quality, delivering exceptional cleaning services, based on our award-winning standards and our client’s needs.

**About the Role**

As a Part-Time Facility Cleaner at Challenger, you’ll play a key role in supporting elderly residents by providing high-quality cleaning services that help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is committed to maintaining high safety standards and delivering consistent, outstanding service. You’ll be supported with full training and work as part of a team that values respect, compassion, and quality.

**Responsibilities/Requirements, Skills, and Experience**:

- Availability to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts
- Have experience in commercial cleaning, preferably within a retail environment
- Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
