To establish contact with third parties through a strategy process to confirm claim details, identify liability, triaging of claims ,and managing recovery of uninsured claims whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling through robust relationships with team members, internal and external service providers.
- To provide a personalised, seamless customer experience for at fault TP’s by educating, negotiating and providing appropriate solutions for their circumstances.
- To ensure the best possible recovery outcome occurs by proactively contacting our TP’s customers to obtain critical information
- To ensure that all recovery opportunities are managed to the fullest extent by maximizing the contact rates with TP’s
- No insurance experience required
- Sharp eye for detail
