This role is perfect for an experienced Assistant Store Manager, 2IC, Retail Supervisor, or Department Manager ready to step up in a high‑performance fashion or activewear retail environment. What You’ll Do As our Retail Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to drive retail sales performance, own KPIs and sales targets, and lead a team of Retail Sales Assistant’s who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. We expect our Assistant Store Manager to be present and visible on the shop floor — coaching in the moment, role‑modelling outstanding selling skills, and building average transaction value through consultative, genuine service. You’ll take responsibility for retail operational standards including stock management, stock loss prevention, visual merchandising, and daily store operations, and you’ll support roster planning to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
