Internal Communications Officer (North Lakes)

**The role**

**Your day-to-day**

You’ll:

- Drive effective, timely and accurate communications for frontline teams, incorporating strategic business messaging and critical divisional updates
- the right message, at the right time, in the right channel!
- Support delivery of communication and engagement plans to help embed significant changes, support operating rhythms and drive connection for our contact centre teams.
- Draft operational alerts (Red, Orange and Green), leader briefs, divisional and leader updates, and newsletters.
- Assist with content creation for internal platforms.
- Share insights and analytics with internal stakeholders
- always with a continuous improvement lens
- and contribute to our monthly reporting.
- Triage, review and update scripting and procedures for our contact centre teams, ensuring information is accurate and always compliant.
- Take all reasonable directions to comply with A&G;’s workplace health & safety (WHS) and risk management protocols.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to learn new, complex systems and tools quickly
- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, time management, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Skills and experience in graphic design are advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with video creation and editing software is desirable.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.

**Our Perks**

This role is available at either our North Lakes or Sunshine Coast locations. Travel between sites will be required to ensure strong connections with our stakeholders and team members.
