COTTI Coffee is opening a new kiosk store at **North Lakes Westfield**, and we are looking for a **Part-Time Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor** to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a **Store Manager position**. Full training and development will be provided.

**Location**: North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, QLD

**Employment Type**: Part-Time

**About the Role**: You will support the daily operations of the kiosk and work closely with management to ensure smooth service, strong team performance, and excellent customer experience. This role has clear development opportunities toward a future **Store Manager** position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with stock ordering, inventory management, and stock control
- Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness
- Maintain food safety and workplace compliance standards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience working in franchise, café, or fast-paced retail/hospitality environments
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, versatile, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Good communication and leadership potential
- Food Safety Certificate is an advantage (not required)
