Compliance Monitoring Analyst (North Lakes)

**The role**

The Compliance Monitoring Analyst will be a part of a key team of incident and compliance specialists that work with the business to comply with the Group’s incident management and breach reporting obligations. Reporting directly to the Head of Incident Management, this role is responsible for maintaining a robust incident and breach management approach that delivers to regulatory (including ASIC, APRA and OAIC) and business requirements.
- Working with the business to manage incidents through their whole lifecycle, including investigating, reporting to regulators (if required), rectifying / remediating (if required), and closing;
- Providing compliance education and awareness for the Group, supporting an embedment of compliance management across the Group; and
- Provision of compliance advisory services.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Ideally 5 years experience in an insurance business;
- Prior experience in compliance or incidents management role is ideal;
- Experience with risk management systems;
- Leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to manage SME experts;
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

This role is available at both of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you. Our Toowong office is close to the city with easy public transport and parking option.
