**What you'll be doing**
- Delivering a world-class customer experience by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products and solutions
- Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our premium audio products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless checkout process
- Maintaining a tidy and visually appealing store environment, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed to the highest standards
- Actively contributing to store sales targets and KPIs through your excellent selling skills and product knowledge

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from all backgrounds
- A genuine passion for technology and audio equipment, with the ability to discuss product features and benefits in an engaging and informative manner
