Claims Consultant Recoveries (North Lakes)

The Recoveries Claims Consultant role exists to:

- To provide a personalised, seamless customer experience for at fault TP’s by educating, negotiating and providing appropriate solutions for their circumstances.
- To ensure the best possible recovery outcome occurs by proactively contacting our TP’s customers to obtain critical information
- To ensure that all recovery opportunities are managed to the fullest extent by maximising the contact rates with TP’s
- Sharp eye for detail
- Well grounded communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to manage objection handling with confidence
- Effective time management capabilities
- Confidence in decision making
- Self motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Ability to work as part of a team
