**About our opportunity**
We have an exciting chance for a Workforce Administration Officer to join our Cultural Services Department at North Lakes!
Our department includes Galleries, Heritage and Museums, Libraries and Cultural Activation, with over 220 passionate staff across 16 venues.
As a Workforce Administration Officer, you'll oversee the casuals' team, managing bookings and deployment of nearly 60 staff across our 16 venues. You will provide administration of the Department’s training function and coordinate daily operations for our couriers to ensure seamless service delivery are you up for challenge?
**About you**
Your expertise in workforce and training administration will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency across our venues.
Proficiency in information technology, especially in workforce management systems will be key to your success.
You will hold a current Qld Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or be eligible and willing to obtain prior to commencement.
