Motor Claims Remediation Team Leader (North Lakes)

**The role**

As our new Motor Claims Remediation Team Leader you will be leading, motivating and developing a team of Motor Claims remediation consultants who are responsible for managing the Motor Claims Risk portfolio.
- This role can be based at either our North Lakes or Kawana Waters sites, with some travel between sites required. _

You will:

- Develop, coach and motivate a team of Motor Claims Remediation Consultants in order to meet agreed objectives including managing workload prioritisation & allocation and providing coaching
- Use and promote Nlighten, HiYA and other risk mitigation tools
- Lead and monitor the team to execute a high standard of service and process adherence, and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided
- Provide technical guidance and act as an escalation point on complex claims and complaints
- Monitor the portfolio of motor claims Nlighten incidents to ensure timely rectification and remediation is completed and provide insights on analysis of trends
- Provide technical product, process and system and compliance support including input into process and system developmentMaintain highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Previous Team Leader or equivalent experience preferred with extensive Motor Claims experience beneficial
- Proven ability in leading and motivating people with a solid coaching culture
- Demonstrated ability in managing critical stakeholder relationships
- Ability to effectively analyse and resolve problems, good attention to detail, be able to manage conflict & negotiate
- A core focus on customer outcomes and relationsAbility to innovate and be creative in developing processes and procedures
