Bookkeeper - Part Time (North Lakes)

Eden Care Pty Ltd, a Registered NDIS & NIISQ Provider in North Brisbane, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. **Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Process and reconcile fortnightly payroll
- Process and Manage NDIS Funding Claims and queries
- Reconcile and process monthly BAS and Superannuation
- Process and Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role in Australia
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using XERO & Brevity or equivalent software
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the disability sector or a similar industry is highly desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00
- $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
