Motor claim or liability experience highly desirable

Ideally a valuable understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.

Ability to make decisions and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex environment, prioritise tasks and organise workload effectively.

Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.

End to end management of a portfolio of complex, high value, and sensitive claims.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as solicitors, credit hire companies and third parties.
