_To establish contact with third parties through a strategy process to confirm claim details, identify liability, triaging of claims ,and managing recovery of uninsured claims whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling through robust relationships with team members, internal and external service providers. _
- _No insurance experience required_
- _ Sharp eye for detail_
- _ Well grounded negotiation and communication skills_
- _ Able to deal effectively and confidently with conflict_
- _ Effective time management capabilities_
- _ Confidence in decision making_
- _ Self motivated and able to work unsupervised_
- _ Previous debt collection, paralegal or insurance claims experience will be highly regarded_
- _ To provide a personalised, seamless customer experience for at fault TP’s by educating, negotiating and providing appropriate solutions for their circumstances._
- _ To ensure the best possible recovery outcome occurs by proactively contacting our TP’s customers to obtain critical information_
