Bookkeeper Part Time North Lakes

Eden Care Pty Ltd, a Registered NDIS & NIISQ Provider in North Brisbane, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions

Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions

Process and reconcile fortnightly payroll

Process and Manage NDIS Funding Claims and queries

Reconcile and process monthly BAS and Superannuation

Process and Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables.

Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

Qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role in Australia

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in using XERO & Brevity or equivalent software

Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in the disability sector or a similar industry is highly desirable
