About the role
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join the dynamic team at Fire Doors Direct P/L as an Office admin / project manager assistant based in North Lakes, Queensland. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the project management team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's success. What you'll be doing 1. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements 2. Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, and logistics operations. 3. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues 4. Perform general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management 5. Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency 6. Contribute to team projects and initiatives as required What we're looking for 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry 2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders 4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6.
