What’s involved? Being the face and the hands behind our brand Providing an amazing Grill’d experience front of house Kick‑start your future chef career by preparing quality ingredients in the kitchen with love Become a master cook at all stations (chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor & till) Make sure the restaurant is always sparkling clean Work as a team in a rapid‑paced, fun, quick‑service casual dining restaurant environment Work a range of shifts including weekdays, weeknights & weekends

What we look for:

Ideally you have previous experience as a kitchen hand, wait staff or in any customer‑facing setting, but this excellent entry‑level role provides training. A big appetite for learning (and burgers) will get you through. What's Next?

Our roles are permanent part‑time. We expect you to be available for a mix of shifts during the week and on weekends. A role will be offered assuming you qualify to commence the traineeship.
