We’re partnering with a highly regarded, high-end Property Management agency known for managing a premium portfolio and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don’t come up often. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio of just 120-150 properties
- fully supported so you can focus on relationships, not paperwork. What sets this role apart:
- Salary $85,000
- $95,000 (DOE) + Super + Commissions
- Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends
- Manage a clean, structured portfolio (140 properties)
- Dedicated Leasing Consultant + Administration support
- Flexibility for WFH

- Manage your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
- Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care
- Conduct routine inspections and detailed reporting
- Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ Property Management experience
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
