We are offering $32.56- $42.74/hr for this position, depending on your qualifications and experience. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to NDIS participants based on their individual support plans and personal goals. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration/assistance, and domestic duties
- Transporting participants to appointments and community outings using your vehicle.
- Providing 24-hour support to participants living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings, including inactive sleepover shifts, and weekend coverage
- Supporting clients to engage in community activities, appointments, and social outings
- Promoting participants' independence and choice through capacity-building activities
- Implementing behaviour support strategies (where applicable and trained)
- Providing shift note reports and incident reports Rquirements

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), or equivalent (or willingness to enrol)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check(Yellow Card) (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (if working with minors)
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Experience in disability, mental health, or behaviour management support is highly regarded
- Adaptable availability of 5 days a week, or a minimum of 4 days, including the ability to work a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
- Available for Sleepovers (Inactive nights)
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30 minutes to shift locations
