- 12 years who needs the support of a Speech Pathologist who values making meaningful progress with their clients in a multidisciplinary setting. We’re offering career pathways for early career (best suiting at least 3 years of paeds experience) through to highly experienced Speech Pathologists – in a way that’s supportive, collaborative, and rewarding. Over the past 4.5 years, our small but mighty team of 17 therapists has built three thriving practices across Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads. We’re lifelong learners, dedicated to helping families achieve meaningful progress while working together to provide best-practice care. Now, we’re excited to welcome 1-2 Speech Pathologists to our North Lakes team. Who We’re Looking For This role will suit a Speech Pathologist who:
- has established skills or an interest in developing skills in feeding, AAC, literacy and / or video interaction;
- wants to focus on supporting children under 12, providing comprehensive care that extends to their families; and
- enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team of paediatric allied health professionals, leveraging collaboration to deliver optimal care. We welcome applications from:

Our North Lakes practice opened in January 2025 and has grown into a multidisciplinary team of three OTs and one SP, proudly supporting families across northern Brisbane through the strong local network we’ve built. About the Role We’re seeking 1-2 Speech Pathologists to join our North Lakes team, supporting children under 12 years. Your work will include
- understanding each family’s needs,
- conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments,
- implementing tailored therapy plans, including video interaction interventions to empower families, and
- building strong, trusting relationships with families. You’ll have autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, backed by unlimited CPD and career development opportunities as we grow. What We’re Looking For
- Registration – Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia, with eligibility to work in Queensland.
- Communication & Collaboration – Strong ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to Growth – Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.
- Diversity & Inclusion – Experience working effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- NDIS Experience – Experience supporting NDIS participants, including familiarity with NDIS report writing, is highly valued.
- Early Intervention
