Permit Administrator - Sydney Southern Network (Saint Peters)

Egis is looking for a Permit Administrator to support safe, compliant access and work execution across the motorway and tunnel network of Transurban’s Sydney Southern Network. This will include administering the Company and third-party permit workflows and checks to ensure records are complete and accurate in line with approved permit and time windows. Reporting to the Permit and Compliance Officer for the Project, this position will:
- review, validate and coordinate Authority to Work permit requests within the various platforms
- coordinate with operational stakeholders
- provide responsive, practical support to internal and third parties on permit and system requirements. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in WHS, business administration, risk/compliance or other equivalent demonstrated experience in permit control environment
- High attention to detail
- White Card
- Australian C Class (or above) Drivers Licence
- Right to Work in Australia
- Drive and enthusiasm to be part of one of the biggest infrastructure projects in NSW
- A strong work ethic
- Problem solving / solid customer results orientation
- Understanding and commitment to occupational health and safety requirements and the environment.
