Junior Reliability/Technical Engineer (Northam)

We’re looking for a newly graduated Engineer (Mechanical) or someone who’s about to graduate to join our team in Northam. You’ll start off your career as an Internal Sales/Parts Interpreter and as you start to learn and develop within the business, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a more technical sales role. A little bit about the role:
- Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries
- Follow up customer quotes
- Assist in converting customer quotes to sales
- Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch
- Promoting Applied's product, service and solutions range to fulfill customer needs
- Manage technical relationships with customers
- Handle all technical enquiries and coordinate suppliers form a technical perspective
- Assist in preparing and facilitate training
- and much more as you develop in the role You’ll also have exposure to our subject matter experts in our Reliability & Services Department. Here’s a bit about you:
