Right at Home provides exceptional in-home care in the Perth South Eastern Suburbs. We seek passionate, client-focused professionals who treat clients with the same respect as their own families. The role involves working within the Care Management team, handling client inquiries, and building relationships with clients and their families. Responsibilities include managing requests, feedback, complaints, and maintaining high standards of service. Ideal candidates will have:
- Administrative experience with the ability to manage challenging workloads
- A client-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft 365 and adaptability to new systems)
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to contribute to organizational goals Additional requirements include the ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders. Qualifications
- First point of contact for client inquiries
- Scheduling initial consultations
- Maintaining CRM systems
- Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
- Supporting business development
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients, families, and health professionals
- Staying informed about industry changes Preferred Skills
- Experience in similar roles preferred
- Experience in Aged Care or Disability sectors preferred
- First Aid, CPR, and Police Check required
- Valid Driver's License
- High computer literacy, good communication, and personable telephone manner
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
