Avonvale Primary School (PS) is seeking Primary Teachers to join our committed and caring team. We do things differently here, and it matters. Our work is grounded in healing‑centred, trauma‑informed practice through the Bee Street Education Model (BSEM), and we are guided by the belief that when the adults change, everything changes. They should be committed to strong pedagogy, instructional clarity and continuous improvement, and approach their work as a reflective practitioner who actively engages in professional learning and coaching. They display kindness, resilience and emotional intelligence, even under pressure, and contribute to a staff culture grounded in trust, humour and collective efficacy. Both graduate and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. Professional Advantages
- Attractive Country Teaching Program Allowance of $10,210 per year
- 12 percent employer contributions to superannuation
- 12 weeks’ vacation leave (school holidays)
