**So what's the opportunity?**

Our state of the art, meat processing facility is in need of a full time, fully **qualified**and **experienced butcher** to join the production team working the afternoon shifts (between 10:00am
- 7:00pm).

Working closely with the Section Supervisors, the successful applicant will be preparing meat products (mainly beef, lamb, poultry and pork products) by cutting and trimming product to fulfil orders to be delivered to our Drakes Supermarkets stores.

As a key member of the Fresh Food team, you will be:

- A **qualified** and **experienced** **butcher** with high standards of personal hygiene
- Experienced in cutting high volumes
- Passionate about producing high quality cuts of meat for sale in our supermarket stores
- Reliable, friendly and motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to maintaining work health and safety standards
