We are looking for someone to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor. We offer training as required and encourage growth and development within the organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Implement systems and procedures for all aspects of the role or review existing as applicable

Involvement in the pre-sale design process, consulting on best options for clients desired outcome

Negotiate contracts, perform risk assessments, and secure advantageous terms

Take Offs

Collect and analyse scope of works to estimate project costs

Design Details

Maintaining price book

Review contractor progress, and utilise software tools

Pay: $75,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
