Sales Representative (Northam)

Sales Position Available – Join the Team at Carpet Court Carpet Court is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for home improvement, flooring, and interior products. About the Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right flooring solutions for their homes and businesses. You will provide product knowledge, prepare quotes, and deliver excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to final sale. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting carpets, timber, vinyl, and other flooring products
- Provide accurate quotes and product information
- Maintain showroom presentation and displays
- Follow up customer enquiries and leads
- Work closely with installers and team members to ensure smooth project completion What We Are Looking For:
- Previous retail or sales experience (flooring industry experience is an advantage but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
