- and we're proud of the impact we make. About The Role This newly identified role will form part of the wider Workforce Management team. You will support the management of staffing resources at both Perth & Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centres, ensuring roster shift coverage and providing time and attendance reconciliation to support payroll outcomes. This role will be key to the continuing delivery of a safe and secure environment within the immigration detention network. This is a Monday to Friday position, although occasional weekend work may be required. Key Responsibilities:
- Local delivery of roster support processes, including short notice shift gap fill, to maintain staffing requirements at the Centres
- Development and reconciliation of the daily staffing dispositions
- Identification of forward roster gaps to allow the coordinated approach to resource fill
- Support workforce planning processes including roster maintenance, absence and overtime management and continuing enforcement of NoahFace attendance requirements
- Conduct Time & Attendance reconciliations to support Payroll outcomes, including the management of time exceptions
- Provide local oversight of the Workforce Management processes to ensure governance
- Support local reporting of staffing resource utilisation To be successful:
- Knowledge and understanding of rostering principles
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administrative tasks and duties
- Excellent communication, judgment, and ethical integrity
- Experience of operating IT applications (MS Office
- Excel & Word, NoahFace)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
