Food and Beverage Assistant (Magill)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards
- Provide menu information and make recommendations when requested
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale
- (POS) systems
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with table clearing, resetting, and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
- Adhere to company policies and service procedures
