Kitchen Team Member – Part-Time (Japanese Restaurant) We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Kitchen Team Member to join our busy Japanese restaurant kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering well-presented dishes during service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items during à la carte service
- Operate kitchen equipment including charcoal grill and fryer
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient handling
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to stay organised and work efficiently during busy periods
- Interest or experience in Japanese cuisine is an advantage (training can be provided)
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Availability to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts What We Offer
