- A robust focus on Image of Child.
- The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programmes through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.
- An ACECQA‑approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or higher.
- A current SA Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current SA Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
- The availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.
