We are currently looking for a dependable Part-Time Cook to join our kitchen team. This position suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing quality dishes to order. Duties & Responsibilities
- Cook and plate dishes for an à la carte menu during service
- Confidently operate charcoal grill and deep-frying equipment
- Support daily food preparation and assist with stock handling
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation
- Contribute to smooth service alongside a close-knit kitchen team Skills & Experience Required
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Familiarity with Japanese-style cooking is an advantage (training provided if needed)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to communicate clearly
