Customer Service Officer (Magill)

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our team at our Magill clinic as Customer Service Officer, Wednesday
- Friday. At Hearing Matters, we take pride in our customer service and our friendly and caring approach to meeting our clients' needs. About the role:
- Provide face-to-face and phone- based customer support.
- Confirm/schedule customer appointments.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations.
- Minor hearing aid repairs (training will be provided)
- Assisting other team members where needed About You:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to complete work tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Outstanding organisational and prioritising skills
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Willingness to learn about hearing services and our business systems.
- Own transport and current licence (some travel may be required). Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, an exceptional eye for detail, ability to multi-task and create and maintain customer relationships with predominately older clientele. Previous hearing industry experience is not essential.
