Site Foreman / Site Supervisor – TAFE / Schools Projects …, Nowra

Our client is a highly regarded Mid-Tier Commercial / Industrial Builder who have been in business for many years.

They have recently secured a new project.

It’s a $10m part recent build / part refurbishment
- to an existing partially occupied school in the Nowra /Shoalhaven / Illawarra region of NSW.

The project is due to commeence immediatley and wil rumn for 35 to 40 weeks approximatley.

To assist with project delivery they now have a need for an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager/ Site Supervisor who can deliver projects such as the above in a collaborative manner with all parties.

Reporting to a visiting Project Manager, the person we are looking for will have:

1. Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia. 2. At least three to five years’ experience with a Commercial /Industrial builder
- preferably on schools or related projects. 3. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills. 4. Outstanding safety record. 5. Trade background preferred. 6. Checkable references. 7. Current First Aid Certificate. 8. Current permits – e.g. working with children / police etc. 9. Ability to meet strict deadlines. 10. Own transport and tools essential 11. Experience with Hammertech / Procore etc would be a big plus. 12. Own reliable transport. Interested?
