Clinical Partner - Exercise Physiology (Nowra)

Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. Work 3 days per week – your choice between Mon‑Fri! Client home visits and group activities across a range of settings. Exercise Physiologist – Role Overview This is a permanent part‑time role (3 days) covering clients in the Illawarra/South Coast Region. You may work from our Horsley or Nowra office. As an Exercise Physiologist you’ll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with a multi‑disciplinary team to provide individualised EP services to people in the community. Responsibilities
- Autonomous structure of day while managing a broad and wide-ranging caseload.
- Client home visits and group activities in settings such as in‑home rehabilitation or clinic.
- Deliver person‑centred care that promotes continuous quality improvement aligned with HammondCare and AHPRA values.
- Manage clinical issues, ensuring client care needs are met and escalated appropriately.
- Liaise with relevant health professionals to provide comprehensive care services. Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, including current ESSA accreditation, or equivalent sound knowledge in a rehabilitation or aged care setting.
- Strong communicator; able to plan and manage time effectively.
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s licence and safe driving record to travel between client homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed). Benefits
