**What You’ll Do**:

- **Airbnb Cleaning**: Prepare properties for incoming guests by ensuring everything is spotless and perfectly presented.
- **Support Home Cleaning**: Clean homes for people with disabilities, being mindful of their specific needs and maintaining a flexible approach.
- **Residential Cleaning**: Perform regular cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising to keep homes looking excellent.
- Follow our company standards to ensure a consistent level of quality across all jobs.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs you notice during your cleaning.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in cleaning is great, especially in any of the areas we focus on (AirBnbs, support homes, residential/office), but we’re happy to train the right person!
- Reliability: our customers rely on us to be there when we say we will.
- You’ll need reliable transportation so you can get to and from jobs on time.
- Attention to detail.
- An understanding that different jobs require different approaches and a willingness to learn our way of doing things.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job.
