Your Role: The Executive Coordinator provides high-level strategic, operational, and governance support to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Group (ELG) to enable them to operate effectively and cohesively. The role acts as a central coordination point for executive decision-making, organisational planning, governance process and priority initiatives, enabling the CEO and ELG to focus on leadership, strategy and external engagement. What you need to be successful in your role: 1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in public administration, business, governance, law or a related field. 2. Knowledge of government-funded service environments, compliance obligations and accountability frameworks. 3. Demonstrated experience in a senior executive support, governance or coordination role, preferably with a funded NGO, public sector, or complex service organisation. 4. Strong understanding of executive governance, risk, and assurance frameworks. 5. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. 6. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing. 7. Proven ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders. 8. High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism. 9. NSW Driver’s License. 10. National Criminal Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check.
