About the role: This role involves delivering the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to a range of student cohorts. Summary: As a TAE Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality vocational education and training to learners in Australia. This part time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that meet industry standards and enhance the skills of our students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions in accordance with the TAE training package.
- Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with industry requirements and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and assessment outcomes.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or a higher level qualification in VET or adult education.
- Experience in vocational education and training, preferably in a part-time capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with learners.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs that meet diverse learner needs.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery and assessment. About you: You will bring relevant qualifications and industry experience, along with a strong commitment to supporting students to succeed in their learning. You will have demonstrated skills in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences, experience using online platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom, and a sound understanding of data management and reporting requirements.
