You will deliver direct client work to individuals, couples and families with complex needs, working closely with internal programs and external partners.* Providing case management support to complex families* Working alongside Family Dispute Resolution practitioners* Managing referrals and supporting clients through service pathways* Providing clients with information about our mediation processes* Supporting clients impacted by family and domestic violence, including safety planning and risk awareness* Maintaining accurate, timely and compliant client documentation* Building strong internal and external referral relationships**About you*** A Bachelor qualification in Social Work or Psychology, or an equivalent relevant qualification* Experience working with complex family systems* Sound understanding of family and domestic violence and safe practice frameworks* A person-centred, trauma-informed approach to practice* Strong communication and organisational skills* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team* A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel locally when required**Why Anglicare?**We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support, and the dedicated people here who make it happen.
