Our wellbeing program offers a variety of social activities customised to individual hobbies and interests, as well as outings that are designed to keep residents actively involved in the local community

We welcome a qualified part-time (available Monday
- Sunday) enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team located in Donvale to support the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.

What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Provide one-on-one support for residents
- Review and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
- Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met

Things that matter to us
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- NDIS Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
