The Harvey Norman **Nunawading** Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, Sales Manager to join them in delivering _Great Service, Always!_ to their customers.

**To be successful in this role, you must**:

- Enjoy working in a very driven team environment
- Have the ability to develop solutions and strategies to help customers pick the right product
- Be capable of crafting and implementing strategies to improve product mix, stock levels, and service standards
- Formulate and execute purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote our establishment's goods and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by selling goods and services and offering expert advice on product use
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions, as well as overseeing budgeting for the establishment
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and professional in their interactions with customers
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for current products or services to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing training and support
- Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations, and provide leadership and support to your team in order to achieve the best possible results

**We require someone who**:

- Is self-driven and motivated
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Has a base level of knowledge in the Flooring products industry (preferred)
- Has a degree in relevant field or 2+ years of sales/management experience
- Has a strong work ethic
- Is able to work in a competitive environment
