**The Role** Reporting into the Divisional Manager, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you’ll hold a pivotal role, working across the Enterprise to cultivate a culture of excellence in project, program & portfolio management.

In this role, you will not only provide invaluable guidance, support, and training to PMOs, Project Managers, and Senior Leaders, but you'll also be at the forefront of enhancing our delivery frameworks and standards. Your expertise will optimise project delivery capability, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and with the highest level of quality.

You will also play a leadership role in managing organisational forums for collaborative knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**Key **Responsibilities** Key areas of responsibility include:

- **Methodology Ownership and Administration**: Taking ownership of the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) and related frameworks, ensuring they are aligned with organisational goals and objectives. Continuously reviewing and updating these methodologies to enhance organisational agility and adaptability.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identifying gaps in project management standards and processes, such as Risk, Issue, Dependency, Schedule, Resourcing, and Change Control. Developing and evolving Enterprise standards to address these gaps and drive continuous improvement. Providing coaching and support to ensure widespread adoption of these standards across projects, ultimately enhancing project delivery capability.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Working with the PMOs to ensuring that projects adhere to the EDF and associated frameworks, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in project delivery. Implementing quality assurance measures to identify and address any deviations from established standards, thereby improving overall project delivery capability.
- ** Community of Practice Leadership**: Leading and championing a Community of Practice (CoP) forum to foster a culture of excellence in project management. Facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among project management professionals to promote best practices and drive continuous improvement in project delivery capability
- ** Knowledge Management**: Consolidate lessons learnt and other inputs across the Enterprise to support project delivery and ensure continuous adaption and evolution of the methodology and frameworks, training new starters.
- ** Contribution to EPMO Division and Strategy**: Actively participating as a valuable member of the EPMO division, contributing insights and expertise to inform strategic direction and decision-making. Collaborating with colleagues to align project management practices with organisational goals and objectives, ultimately driving enhanced project delivery capability across the Enterprise.

**About you** We are looking for someone with a continuous improvement and collaborative mindset, who is passionate about sharing their expertise in project governance. If you have the following capabilities, get in touch:

- Solid experience in Project, Program, or Portfolio Management delivery of large projects and programs or extensive experience working in an EPMO.
- Expertise in developing standards, processes and tools for successful management of a large portfolio.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
- Qualifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2 P30 etc), and/or tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or related fields would be well regarded.
